Really bad day today - biscuits for breakfast, McDonalds for lunch, kebab for tea and more biscuits. No blood tests done :-(

Hi Nic, I wonder - would planning the week's menu in advance help you? Only buy what is on the list and get rid of all the cakes etc (not by eating them yourself!). If there's no biscuits in the house then you can't eat them all.
I lived on a weekly food budget of £25 for me and the boy for four years and believe me, being organised saves you money and helps keep track of exactly what you are eating.
Think of all the stitching stash you could buy with the money wasted on takeaways LOL
Thanks Jo. I did sit down this morning and planned out the menu for the next couple of weeks but then came to cook tea tonight and didn't have a couple of vital ingredients. Then hubby went to bed early cause he didn't sleep last night. I've been home all day with Samuel and not spoken to another adult all day and I'm just feeling bleurgh xx
